My allergies actually turned out to be the FLU! Yuck! It was awful! We had Friday on Monday off for Winter Break and Presidents' Day--thankfully! It's Tuesday morning and I have haven't had make-up on or stepped foot out of the house since Thursday night. This bug is horrible! It's been years and years since I had a fever; I forgot how miserable they can be! Hot and cold at the same time, dillusional naps, sweaty sheets. Wesley is about a day behind me, so my poor little guy is getting better but we both stayed home to try and get over this nastiness. We're all praying Maddie and Aaron don't get it as well.

oh that sucks!
OH man!!!! I feel so bad for you guys!! I hope that you got on medicine right away! (They can give it to Aaron and Maddie so they don't get it, too.)
Influenza is all over around here - it is a strain the flu shot didn't cover. I am SO paranoid. I can't even tell you ...
I hope that you guys get better soon.
We've had that same nasty crud here! I just don't get how I can be shivering and sweating while I'm under 3 blankets and laying with a heating pad. Hope you guys get better quickly.
sorry to hear that wendi.
we still have maddie's bday present to give her! hope everyone feels better soon. i hate fevers. i've gotten mastitis with a high fever every time i have a baby. i didn't even nurse Brinleigh and i still got it, and it's miserable! i hate fevers too!
What a cute family you have. That little Wesley, I could just pinch his cheeks. I'm glad to know you have a blog, I will check in on ya. That flu thing really stinks, especially for the kids.
I'm happy to report we are just about back to normal. I still have a nasty lingering cough and Wesley has managed to become the CLINGIEST baby ever, but other than that we're good to go. Aaron and Maddie haven't shown any symptoms, so we're hoping it's passed them over!!
Wesley has totally been acting weird the past couple of days. He has to constantly be around me or touching me. He's probably going through separation anxiety. Poor kid, he's been through a lot lately. I'm glad to hear that you are feeling better. Wesley was so excited to see Aaron today, that he practically jumped out of my arms. I struggled to not drop him as I unlocked the door. Boy can he get excited!!
Emmeline, Grace, and I all have the flu. And I'm sure I'll get better just in time to take care of Jon when he gets it. He catches everything. I'm glad you all are over it. This stinks!
